Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy is a clinical practice providing bespoke nutritional advice with a personalised nutritional plan tailored to support not only general health, but which specifically supports whatever chronic or acute health conditions you may currently be experiencing.

Bowen Technique

Bowen is a system of bodywork developed by Tom Bowen in the 1950s in Australia. Using a series of moves over soft tissue and muscles, the body becomes deeply relaxed, encouraging needful change. This may manifest in lowering of stress levels, releasing of tightness in muscles and fascia, reduction in pain levels or more fundamental physiological changes.

Podiatry (Chiropody)

A visit to a podiatrist treats and can alleviate discomfort of many foot disorders. The foot is a complex structure, consisting of 26 bones, supported by a network of ligaments, muscles and tendons. Many foot problems can be prevented with correct footwear and regular care. Our feet too often, get neglected… until they start to hurt!

Counselling & Psychotherapy

Counselling and Psychotherapy provide an opportunity for you to work towards living in a more satisfying way with respect to your own unique qualities and circumstances. You may wish to resolve problems, make difficult decisions or come to terms with changes in your life. You may seek to understand why you behave in certain ways that repeatedly leave you feeling dissatisfied and seek to learn to behave differently .

Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a gentle, holistic system of healing suitable for everyone, young and old. Homeopathy focuses on you as an individual, concentrating on treating your specific physical and emotional symptoms, to give long lasting benefits. Homeopathy has been used in the UK for over two hundred years, but has an honourable tradition dating back to ancient Greece. It was Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, a brilliant doctor working in 1796 who developed the scientific and philosophical foundations of this gentler way of healing.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a natural healing science based on applying pressure to minute reflex points on the feet and hands, thereby creating a stimulating effect throughout the whole body, enabling the body to heal itself. Following stress, injury or disease, the body is in a state of ‘imbalance’ and vital energy pathways are blocked, preventing the body from functioning effectively. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body’s natural balance and encourage healing.

Allergies & Food Intolerances

A non-invasive way of discovering if a food or drink makes you unwell. Testing is diagnostic and not a treatment for allergies.  We aim is to give you guidance in how to take back control of your life and body, either long term dietary changes or just for a few months.
