My History
I have been interested in health and wellbeing all my adult life, working within the health food trade for many years. I trained in massage both to use as a hobby with friends and family, and to use at work with people who are stressed or have muscular problems due to heavy lifting. A move to Cumbria in 1998 prompted me to change direction, develop my bodywork skills with further training and begin work as a complementary therapist. I have been working in West Cumbria for the last ten years
