My History
I chose to become a Slimming Coach after discovering, through NLP, that anybody can achieve whatever they want from life... provided they want it enough!

Four years ago I succeeded in winning my twenty year battle with food, excess body fat and low self esteem and I can show you how to achieve your own health goals! I have a degree in Psychology and along with my qualification in NLP, I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Nutrition and Weight Management Consultant
