I am a member of the Yoga Alliance and a RYT200 Yoga Alliance Teacher.I have been practicing and studying yoga for over 15 years, it is now a way of life for me and includes meditation and spiritual study on a daily basis

I completed my teacher training with the Union Yoga in April 2003 and started my own classes in Carlisle and Cockermouth that same year

A natural progression from yoga was to learn about the benefits of Thai Yoga Massage. I completed my training in Level 1 and 2 in August 2003
